Under this legislation, the Department of Education can buy federal college loans from lenders, thereby providing these lenders with the liquidity they need to continue funding new parent and student loans. You may be required to repay to the school all or a part of the aid that you received prior to withdrawing. In contrast, the Bursar Tuition Bills section will reflect the net amount after the loan origination fees have been deducted. In addition, scholars must enroll in a minimum of 12 hours fall semester loans to meet enrollment requirements for fall semester.

Students in a second bachelor’s degree program may borrow at undergraduate loan maximum limits. If you are a first-time borrower, use your Federal Student Aid PIN fall semester loans (same PIN used for the FAFSA) to log into StudentLoans.gov. In May, however, after the government passed the Ensuring Continued Access to Student Loans Act, Brazos once again began offering federal parent and student loans, saying that the government’s short-term liquidity plan had renewed the organization’s confidence in its ability to continue offering student loans.
